HallMDK #17-043088 TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Cass County, Indiana, in Cause No. 09C01-1801-MF-000002 wherein Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC was Plaintiff, and Benjamin Hall, AKA Benjamin D. Hall, and Unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, beneficiaries of Mary Hall, AKA Mary E. Hall and their unknown creditors; and, the unknown executor, administrator, or personal representative of the Estate of Mary Hall, AKA Mary E. Hall were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 8th day of August 2018, at the hour of 1:30 pm or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Sheriff's Office at 200 Court Park, Logansport, IN 46947, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Cass County, Indiana. The West two and One Half (2 1/2) acres of the South Twelve (12) acres of all that part of the East half of the Northeast Quarter of Section Twenty Three (23), Township Twenty Seven (27) North, Range One (1) East, described as follows, to-wit: Commencing at a point 14.03 chains North of the Southeast corner of the East half of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 23; thence West 19.10 chains; thence North 8.12 chains; thence East 19.10 chains; thence South 8.12 chains to the place of beginning. Also an Easement Fifteen (15) feet wide North and South over, and along the entire North side of the East nine and one half (9 1/2) acres of the above mentioned Twelve acre tract, this easement being granted herein for the purpose and use as a private driveway. Lying and being in Noble Township, Cass County, Indiana. More commonly known as: 217 West Private Road 75 North, Logansport, IN 46947 Parcel No. 09-06-23-100-027.000-018, 09-06-23-100-009.000-018 Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
