STATE OF INDIANA INDIANA UTILITY REGULATORY COMMISSION NOTICE OF FILING - IC 8-1-2.5-6(d) CAUSE NO. 45114 VERIFIED PETITION OF INDIANA MICHIGAN POWER COMPANY REQUESTING THE INDIANA UTILITY REGULATORY COMMISSION TO APPROVE, AND TO DECLINE TO EXERCISE ITS JURISDICTION IN PART OVER, AN ALTERNATIVE REGULATORY PLAN FOR THE OFFERING OF A FLAT BILL ("EZ BILL") PROGRAM APPLICABLE TO RESIDENTIAL AND SMALL COMMERCIAL CUSTOMERS, PURSUANT TO IND. CODE 8-1-2.5-5 AND 8-1-2.5-6. Notice is hereby given that on June 21, 2018, Indiana Michigan Power Company filed a Verified Petition with the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission for approval pursuant to Indiana Code 8-1-2-1, et seq. and Indiana Code ch. 8-1-2.5 for an EZ Bill program and accompanying tariffs R.S.-EZB and G.S.-EZB, for residential and small commercial customers who voluntarily choose to participate in such program. Consistent with Indiana Code 8-1-2.5 et seq., this notice is provided to the public under Indiana Code 8-1-2.5-6(d). A copy of the Verified Petition and other submissions in this proceeding are on file with the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission, 101 W.
