NOTICE OF CLOSING OF WAITING LIST FOR ALL BEDROOMS The Jeffersonville Housing Authority Public Notice of Changes in the Low- Rent Public Housing and Housing Choice Voucher (HVC) Waiting Lists Effective, July 9th, 2018 at 3:00PM., the Jeffersonville Housing Authority will close its Public Housing Waiting List for all bedroom sizes. The Housing Choice Voucher (HVC) Waiting Lists will remain close. No pre-applications will be accepted for Public housing or Housing Choice Voucher Programs. Public Notice will be provided when JHA re-opens the waitlist for specific bedroom sizes. HUD regulations do not require a public hearing when opening and closing the Wait list; therefore, public housing will be provided as stated in the Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy.
