NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant, Continental Resources, Inc., has filed an application in this cause requesting the Corporation Commission to enter an order, as follows: (i) Authorizing and permitting an exception to the permitted well location tolerances in the 1280-acre horizontal drilling and spacing unit comprised of Sections 29 and 32, Township 15 North, Range 11 West of the IM, Blaine County, Oklahoma as to the Mississippian common source of supply, so as to allow a horizontal well to be drilled at the location as follows: Location of Wellbore at Completion Interval: The proposed location of the completion interval will be no closer than 150 feet from the north line and no closer than 150 feet from the south line and no closer than 660 feet from the east line of the 1280-acre horizontal drilling and spacing unit comprising said Sections 29 and 32, Township 15 North, Range 11 West of the IM, Blaine County, Oklahoma, and to be completed in and produce hydrocarbons from the above-named common source of supply; (ii) providing an exception to Rule 165:10-3-28 as part of this location exception allowing a location to be as closer than 600 feet to an existing wellbore; (iii) providing for the re-opening of the cause at such time as the bottom hole location of the well proposed hereunder has been determined; (iv) establishing a proper allowable with no downward adjustment make thereto; (v) granting such other further relief as may be proper based upon the evidence presented at the hearing herein.
