Notice of Public Sale North Central Texas College hereby gives notice of its intent to sell, at a public auction on July 2, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. on the NCTC Gainesville campus, 1525 West California Street, Gainesville, Texas. A preview of the property will be on the same date at 9:00 a.m. The property ma consist of the following kitchen/food service equipment: food-line equipment, food prep equipment, fryers, warmers, steamers, stove, prep tables, shelving, refrigerators, walk-in freezer, and dish washing equipment. All properties will be sold with no warranties or guaranty. All item(s) that are purchased will be the responsibility of the buyer to remove. All sales will be final.
