NOTICE The City of Rushville Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing to consider the following petition for Variances from the City of Rushville Zoning Ordinance. 18-V-24&18-V-25: the applicant, Donna Wilson, is seeking variances from Article III, Section B, 4(b,iii), and Article III, Section B, 4(b,ii) of the City of Rushville Zoning Ordinance. The applicant is requesting a 10 foot rear setback from the required 10 feet setback and a side yard setback of 6 feet from the required 10 feet setback. The address is 1205 Sugar Hill Drive. The property is zoned R-1, Single-Family Residential. The public hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers, 270 W. 15th Street, on Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at 7:00 PM and is open to the public.
