NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN PROPERTY INTO THE TOWN PURSUANT TO A PETITION FOR VOLUNTARY ANNEXATION (BELLE ARBOR VOLUNTARY ANNEXATION) Pursuant to I.C. 36-4-3-5.1, the Town of Brownsburg, Hendricks County, Indiana (the "Town") gives notice of a public hearing to be conducted by the Town Council (the "Council") regarding an Ordinance for Voluntary Annexation (the "Ordinance"), which pursuant to the request of Carol L. Dumbaugh as the owner on behalf of Chester Batz Family Farm, LLC (the "Petitioner") as set forth in the Petition for Voluntary Annexation expected to be filed with the Town on Thursday, June 28, 2018, proposes to annex certain property owned by the Petitioner into the Town. The property proposed to be annexed is currently located outside the corporate boundaries of the Town, consists of two (2) separate parcels located generally at 8705 E. County Road 700 N, Brownsburg, IN 46112 (Parcel ID#: 32-02-36-300-003.000-001 and Parcel ID#: 32-07-01-200-001.000-001), and collectively represents approximately 78.59 acres (collectively the "Property"). The public hearing will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 26, 2018 in the Council Meeting Room located at Town Hall, 61 N. Green Street, Brownsburg, Indiana, where all interested parties will be given an opportunity to testify regarding this proposed voluntary annexation into the Town.
