NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE TOWN OF ZIONSVILLE PLAN COMMISSION Notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing to be held by the Town of Zionsville Plan Commission on Monday, July 16th, 2018, at 7:00 p.m. in the Zionsville Town Hall, 1100 West Oak Street, Zionsville, Indiana 46077 to consider the following: 2018-27-Z, Becknell Services, LLC requests a Zone Map Change to REZONE approx. 80+/- acres from the Rural AG District to the Rural I-1 District to allow for: light industrial, warehousing&distribution type uses on the site. The property involved commonly known as: 5190 S. SR 267, Lebanon, IN, and is legally described as: PROPERTY DESCRIPTION Exhibit A LAND DESCRIPTION A portion of the property of Ramona Everett Seymour Part of Instrument Number 201700000148 June 21, 2018 The East Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 34, Township 18 North, Range 1 East of the Second Principal Meridian, Perry Township, Boone County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the Northeast Corner of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 34, Township 18 North, Range 1 East; thence South 00 degrees 44 minutes 56 seconds East (Basis of Bearings: Indiana State Plane, West Zone, NAD 83) 2655.34 feet along the East Line of said Northeast Quarter to the Southeast Corner thereof; thence South 88 degrees 43 minutes 32 seconds West 1322.62 feet along the South Line of said Northeast Quarter to the Southwest Corner thereof, being the centerline of Indiana State Highway 267 (Ref: Indiana State Highway Plans for Project No. 551, Sec., dated March 3, 1935 as found in the Indiana State Highway Archives Department), said corner lying North 88 degrees 43 minutes 32 seconds East 9.66 feet from the mid-point of the South Line of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 34; thence North 00 degrees 36 minutes 21 seconds West 2654.84 feet along the centerline of State Highway 267 and the West Line of said East Half to the Northwest Corner thereof, said point lying North 88 degrees 42 minutes 03 seconds East 14.30 feet from the mid-point of the North Line of said Northeast Quarter; thence North 88 degrees 42 minutes 03 seconds East 1316.00 feet along the North Line of said Northeast Quarter to the POINT OF BEGINNING, containing 80.410 acres, more or less. A copy of the Petition for Primary Plat Approval and all plans pertaining thereto are on file and may be examined prior to the Public Hearing from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, except for holidays, in the Office of Planning and Developmentat the Town Hall, 1100 West Oak Street, Zionsville, Indiana, 46077. Written comments in support of or in opposition to the Petition for Plan Commission Approval are filed with the Secretary of the Town of Zionsville Plan Commission prior to the Public Hearing will be considered. The Public Hearing is open to the public. Oral comments to the Petition for Plan Commission Approval will be heard at the Public Hearing. The Public Hearing may be continued from time to time as may be found necessary. Upon request, the Town of Zionsville will provide auxiliary aids and services.
