NOTICE The City of Rushville Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing to consider the following petition for a Special Exception and a Variance from the City of Rushville Zoning Ordinance. 18-SE-03: the applicant, Phoenix Lodge #62 F&A.M., is seeking a special exception from Article III, Section F, 3(d) of the City of Rushville Zoning Ordinance. The applicant is requesting to have a private club in the C-1, Neighbnorhood Business District. The address is 841 S. State Road 3. 18-V-22: the applicant is seeking a variance from Article III, Section F, 4(ii), for an 11 foot side setback from the required 20 foot side setback. The public hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers, 270 W. 15th Street, on Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at 7:00 PM and is open to the public. You may inspect the file and the legal description of the property at City Hall prior to the hearing. Written objections filed with the Planning and Zoning Office prior to the hearing will be considered, and oral comments concerning the proposal will be heard.
