NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE CITY OF LEBANON PLAN COMMISSION Time and Place: Notice is hereby given that, at a meeting on Monday, July 16, 2018, the City of Lebanon Plan Commission will hold a public hearing to consider initial zoning for potential Annexation of territory into the corporate city boundaries. The meeting and public hearing will begin at 7:00 P.M. on Monday, July 16, 2018 at the City of Lebanon Municipal Building - 2nd Floor Council Chambers, 401 South Meridian Street, Lebanon, Indiana 46052. Geographic Area: The annexation involves 33 lots in the Elmwood subdivision. Subject Matter: The proposal will consider Zoning Classification of "SF2" Single-Family Residential. Availability of Copy: A copy of the proposal is available for inspection and review at the City of Lebanon Planning and Zoning Office, 401 South Meridian Street, Lebanon, Indiana 46052. Written comments: Written objections and comments concerning the proposal may be filed with the City of Lebanon Planning and Zoning secretary before the hearing and will be considered.
