NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF GREENSBURG BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS Variance Notice is hereby given that the City of Greensburg Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, July 17, 2018, 7:00 p.m., in the Assembly Room at the Greensburg City Hall, 314 Washington Street, Greensburg, Indiana. At said Public Hearing, a variance is being requested from the provisions of the Greensburg Zoning Ordinance by the City of Greensburg. The City of Greensburg is requesting a variance for Sign Solutions, Inc. is requesting a variance for a new sign to be replaced on the fa ade at Tom Sibbitt Chevrolet, Inc., 950 N. Michigan Avenue, Greensburg, Indiana 47240, as allowed by the City of Greensburg Code of Ordinances Section 155.242(B)(2). The variance involves the replacement of a wall sign that will exceed the total square footage allowed by Section 155.074(B)(2) and Appendix I of the Greensburg Code of Ordinances. Parcel Number: 16-11-02-230-002.000-016 The property is now zoned "B-2" - General Business District. Written suggestions or objections to this request may be filed with the Board of Zoning Appeals at or before said meeting and will be heard at the time and place specified. Said meeting may be continued from time to time as may be necessary.
