The Town of Brownsburg (61 N. Green St. Brownsburg, IN 46112) intends to discharge stormwater into the White Lick Creek (HUC 05120201150020 and HUC 05120201150040), the East Fork of White Lick Creek (HUC 05120201150140), and Eagle Creek Reservoir (HUC 051202011108 and HUC 051202011110) watersheds, and is submitting a Notice of Intent letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-13 to discharge stormwater run-off associated with municipal separate storm sewer systems.
