Case No. PB-2017-63 NOTICE OF HEARING RETURN OF SALE UNDER A POWER IN WILL Notice is hereby given that Constance A. Pogue, personal representative of the estate of Errol L. VanScoy, deceased, has made return to this court of, and presented for confirmation, a sale made by her as such personal representative to Robert L. Tiffee and LuJuana G. Tiffee, husband and wife, for the sum of Fifty-Six Thousand Five hundred Dollars ($56,500.00) cash, under the power of sale granted in the Last Will And Testament of Errol L. VanScoy, deceased, of the following described real property situate in Cherokee County, State of Oklahoma, to-wit: The East Fifty (50) Feet of Lot Nine (9) in Block Three (3) in the City of Tahlequah, Oklahoma, according to the official plat thereof, approved by the Secretary of the Interior March 4, 1904, together with all improvements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging; and requesting that a real estate commission be fixed and allowed by the court, and paid out of the proceeds of the sale, upon confirmation of the sale to Robert L. Tiffee and LuJuana G. Tiffee, husband and wife, which return is on file herein; and that the 24th day of July, 2018, at 10:30 o'clock a.m., in the probate court room in the Courthouse at 213 West Delaware Street in the City of Tahlequah, in said County of Cherokee, State of Oklahoma, has been appointed as the time and place for hearing such return, at which time any person interested in said estate may appear and contest the same.
