NOTICE OF PETITION TO VACATE RIGHT-OF-WAY Pursuant to Indiana Code 36-7-3-12, Anthony Hansen and Davina Hansen own the following described real estate: Lot number 37 in Section 3, of Windwood Park Subdivision, Clay Township, Howard County, Indiana as recorded in Recorder's Plat Book 6, page 131. and have filed a Petition to Vacate the following described right-of-way in Howard County, Indiana, which is contiguous to their property: All that portion of a fifty foot (50') wide right of way situated to the west of and adjacent to the west boundary of lot number 37 in Windwood Park subdivision section three (3) and extending 197.5 feet from the north boundary to the south boundary of the above-described lot owned by petitioners, Anthony and Davina Hansen. The Howard County Board of Commissioners will conduct a hearing on the Petition on July 16, 2018, at 4:00 p.m., at the Howard County Administration Center, 220 North Main Street, Kokomo, Indiana, in the third floor conference room.
