The Clark County Commissioners (County Government Building, 501 E. Court Ave., Jeffersonville, IN 47130) are submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of their intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with the St. John Road and Louis Smith Road Widening project, from the intersection of Star Valley Way and St. John Road to the Clark-Floyd County Line on Louis Smith Road, Borden, IN. Runoff from the project site will discharge into the fields on the west side of the roadway and also into unnamed tributaries of Campbell Branch of Jersey Park Creek.
