PROJECT: 17167 - Water Tower Road Project The City of Jeffersonville Redevelopment Commission (500 Quartermaster Court, Jeffersonville, IN 47130) is submitting a NOI letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements under 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities for the following project: Water Tower Road Project. This project includes the construction of a new asphalt on aggregate roadway from SR-62, extending approximately 300' west and then 1,300 feet north to connect to Utica-Sellersburg Road. Construction includes curb&gutters, sidewalk, storm and sanitary sewer and conduit for future utilities. The project also includes modifications to the traffic signal at the intersection of this new road and SR-62 and widening of SR-62 to provide a right turn lane into the new roadway.
