Notice of Sale to Abutting Land Owner Anderson Redevelopment Commission of Anderson, Indiana NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Anderson Redevelopment Commission of Anderson, Indiana ("Commission") intends to sell certain real estate located in the City of Anderson, Madison County, Indiana, to-wit: Said property described as follows: A parcel of ground being a part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 15, Township 19 North, Range 7 East of the Second Principal Meridian, City of Anderson, Anderson Township, Madison County, Indiana The use of the property shall be for providing desirable lawful business activity. Costs of the sale will be the obligation of the Purchaser. Following are the components of the selling price: appraisal fees; title insurance; recording fees; and advertising costs.
