ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS The City of Anderson will receive sealed bids for the following project until 1:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on Tuesday, July 24, 2018 at the Board of Public Works City of Anderson, 120 E., 8th Street Anderson, IN 46016. Bids will be opened and read aloud at the Public Meeting of the Board of Public Works on the same date. FLAGSHIP - IMPA Transmission Line Construction Bids received after such time will be returned unopened. Bids may be withdrawn prior to such time, but no bids shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days thereafter. Bids shall be for complete, properly executed and submitted as prescribed in the Specifications and addressed to City of Anderson, IN and clearly marked with the project and the bid opening date. The Instructions to Bidders contained in each set of specifications are by this reference made a part hereof, and all bidders shall be deemed advised of the provisions thereof, and of the General Conditions of the contract, specifications, plans and drawings for the projects. An optional Pre-Bid meeting will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, June 28, 2018. The meeting will take place at the Central Services Building, 550 Dale Keith Jones Road, Anderson, IN 46011. Afterwards an onsite route review will be available for all interested bidders. The Board of Public Works reserves the right to waive informalities and/or reject any, and all bids.
