LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS ANDERSON, INDIANA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the City Board of Zoning Appeals of Anderson, Indiana, on the 1st day of August, 2018 at 4:30 p.m., local time, in the City Council Chambers located in City Hall at 120 East Eighth Street, Anderson, Indiana, will hold a public hearing on the following proposed Variance in accordance with the provisions of Zoning Ordinance #2439 and all amendments thereto of the City of Anderson, Indiana, a part of the Comprehensive Plan for the City of Anderson. The proposed Variance is from the Livestock Prohibition Requirement (chickens) Legal Description of Property: Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 26, Township 19 North, Range 7 East, described as follows: Beginning 250 feet West of the Southeast corner of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 26, running thence North 175 feet, thence West 240 feet, thence Southwest to a point 115 feet North and 312 feet West of the place of beginning; thence South 115 feet to the South line of said Quarter Quarter Section, thence East 312 feet to the place of beginning, containing 1.20 acre, more or less.
