Bid proposals sent by REGISTERED MAIL will be received through the Oklahoma Department of Transportation, Facilities Management Division on August 16, 2018 until 1:30 PM. Hand Delivered bids will be received at the Oklahoma Department of Transportation Building, Facilities Management Division, 200 NE 21st Street, Room B-7, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73105 on August 16, 2018 until 1:30 PM. Bids will be opened and publicly read at 1:30 PM. Description of Property: A strip, piece or parcel of land lying in part of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 3, T3N, R6E in Pontotoc County, Oklahoma. Said parcel of land being described by metes and bounds as follows: Commencing at the SW corner of said SW 1/4 SE 1/4, thence N 89°30’43” E along the South line of said SW 1/4 SE 1/4 a distance of 547.83 feet to a point on the present Westerly right-of-way line of State Highway No. 3, thence N 20°06’58” E along said right-of-way line a distance of 44.34 feet to the point of beginning, thence continuing N 20°06’58” E along said right-of-way line a distance of 259.94 feet to a point on the Southerly property line of the OCA&A Railway, thence S 69°53’02” E along said property line a distance of 280.31 feet to a point on the permanent Westerly right-of-way line of State Highway No. 3, thence S 13°30’22” E along said permanent right-of-way line parallel with and 65 feet Westerly of State Highway No. 3 a distance of 114.10 feet, thence S 38°00’11” W along said permanent right-of-way line a distance of 42.81 feet to a point 41.50 feet North of the South Line of said SW 1/4 SE 1/4, said point also being the Northerly right-of-way line of East 32nd St., thence S 89°30’43” W along said rightof-way line a distance of 352.92 feet to said point of beginning.
