Public Notice PUBLISHED IN THE CLAREMORE DAILY PROGRESS, CLAREMORE, OKLAHOMA, OCTOBER 4, 2015. IN THE DISTRICT COURT IN AND FOR ROGERS COUNTY STATE OF OKLAHOMA LAKESIDE STATE BANK, an Oklahoma corporation, Plaintiff, vs. KENNY BLAIR, also known as KENNETH BLAIR and KENNETH BLAIR, JR., and MICHELLE BLAIR, husband and wife; JOHN DOE, as occupants of the premises, if any; and JANE DOE, as occupant of the premises, if any, Defendants. CJ-2015-52 NOTICE OF HEARING MOTION TO CONFIRM SHERIFF'S SALE Notice is hereby given to the Defendants in this action and all of the holders of interest of record in the real estate hereinafter described, and all other persons who claim any interest in the following described real estate situated in Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, to-wit: The South 2 feet of Lot 20 and all of Lot 21 in Block 1 of Bond's Addition to the Town of Chelsea, Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, according to the Recorded Plat thereof.
