Notice of Intent Starcraft RV, Inc. located at 536 W Michigan St, Topeka, Indiana 46571, is submitting a Notice of Intent letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to renew our NPDES Permit INR110128 under the requirements of 327 IAC 15-6 to discharge storm water exposed to industrial activities. In the unlikely event that storm water runoff would leave the site it would travel east to Phillips Ditch which leads to Stony Creek, a tributary of the Elkhart River.
