NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS The Weatherization Assistance Program at Community Action of Southern Indiana (CASI) is seeking contractors to provide HVAC services and/or air sealing and insulation services to residential properties in Clark, Floyd, and/or Harrison counties in Southern Indiana.
