(Published in The Norman Transcript July 28, August 4, 2018, 2t) NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE CJ-2018-429 Notice is given that on the 5th day of September, 2018, at 10:00 AM, Cleveland County Office Building, 201 S. Jones, Suite 200, in the City of Norman, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell, with appraisement, for cash, at public auction, to the highest and best bidder, all that certain real estate in Cleveland County, Oklahoma to-wit: Lot 3 PENN SOUTH ESTATES, A part of the South Half (S/2) of the South Half (S/2) of the Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of Section Eighteen (18), Township Nine (9) North, Range Three (3) West of the Indian Meridian, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, and being more Particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point 609 feet West of the Southeast Corner of the South Half (S/2) of the South Half (S/2) of the Northeast Quarter (NE/4) of said Section 18; Thence 281 feet West; Thence 165.03 feet North; Thence 281 feet East; Thence 165.03 feet South to the point of Beginning. According to the recorded Survey filed in Book 1006, page 296; subject to unpaid taxes, advancements by Plaintiff for taxes, insurance premiums, and expenses necessary for the preservation of the subject property, if any, said property having been duly appraised at $65,000.
