NOTICE TO BIDDERS PUBLIC TRANSIT SERVICES – WEATHERFORD COMPLEX PROJECT Public Transit Services is requesting sealed bids from qualified individuals under an Invitation for Bid for Maintenance Equipment for the purpose of fleet maintenance and repair. The equipment shall be installed in the bus maintenance bays at the new facility located at 1850 Mineral Wells Highway Weatherford Texas. Invitation for Bids (IFB’s) shall be available on Friday July 27, 2018. Bids must be received at the offices of Public Transit Services (PTS) at 7611 Hwy 180 E Mineral Wells, TX. 76067 (hand delivered) or PO BOX 1055 Mineral Wells Texas 76068 (U.S. Mail or Carrier) not later than 3:30 p.m. (CST) on Thursday August 30, 2018. PTS shall not be responsible for late deliveries caused by U.S. Mail, Carrier(s) or Hand Deliveries. Late bids will be returned unopened to the sender. Bids will be opened publicly at the PTS Executive Board Room located at 7611 Hwy 180 E Mineral Wells TX. at 4 p.m. (CST) on August 30, 2018. Proposals shall be opened publically however only the name of the Proposer will be read aloud. No other information will be disclosed at that time. Copies of the IFB can be obtained by contacting Victoria Leon, Administrative Procurement Officer Public Transit Services (940) 328-1391 x 108 or picked up at 7611 Hwy 180 E Mineral Wells Texas 76067. Electronic versions of the IFB with all available documentation and forms can be accessed on the PTS website at www.publictransitservices.org. Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes and marked “SEALED INVITATION FOR BID – MAINTENANCE EQUIPMENT.” PTS reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and waive any or all irregularities.
