STAT. §240 Notice is hereby given to all heirs-at-law of John David Kraft, Deceased (Decedent), that on the 8th day of October, 2015, Richard Kraft (Petitioner) filed in the District Court of Cleveland County, Oklahoma a Petition praying that Letters of Administration be issued to Petitioner without the requirement of bond, that the identity of all heirs-at-law of Decedent be determined for purposes of filing waivers or consents as permitted by law, and that the Petitioner be relieved from the duty of returning to the Court an inventory and appraisement of the Estate of Decedent.
