NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Vigo Superior Court 3 of Vigo County, Indiana, in Cause No. 84D03-1708-MF-006341 wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association was Plaintiff, and John Burns a/k/a John Cuffle Burns, Casey Burns a/k/a Casey Brynn McClure, United States of America Department of Housing and Urban Development and Jeffrey Joe McClure II were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 20 day of September, 2018, at the hour of 10am, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 201 Cherry Street, Terre Haute, IN 47807, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Vigo County, Indiana. More commonly known as 1912 N 8th St, Terre Haute, IN 47804-2810 Parcel No. 84-06-15-105-016.000-002 Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
