Notice is hereby given that
Delta Natural Gas Company, Inc., with its principal office located at 3617 Lexington Road, Winchester, Kentucky, 40391, has filed an application with the Energy and Environment Cabinet to install a natural gas line crossing in Dry Creek of Rowan County along Kentucky 1167. The proposed Dry Creek crossing is located on Kentucky 1167 in Rowan County and being 2000 feet from the intersection of KY 519.
