Legal description: Parcel A of the N 1/2 of Section 6, Township 74 North, Range 17 West of the 5th P.M. as described in the plat of survey recorded as Document #2018-1381, subject to easements and rights of way of record, together with a non-exclusive easement for ingress and egress for farming purposes only, over the South 686.2 feet of the West 30 feet of SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of said Section 6.
