The
Barren County Fiscal Court
will receive sealed bids for the replacement of the existing bridge over Wyndemere Way off US 68/KY 80 serving the Wyndemere Subdivision in Barren County, Kentucky. All bids must be received at the Barren County Fiscal Court Office, 117 North Public Square, Glasgow, Kentucky 42141, no later than Monday, August 28th, 2018 at 3:00 PM CST.

(1) complete set of plans and specifications requires a non-refundable deposit of $50.00 which must be in the form of a cashierʼs check made payable to AEI. All bids shall conform to the plans and specifications. All sealed bids shall be clearly marked on the outside of the submittal envelope with a minimum of the following information: Contractorʼs name and address, project name, and the date and time of the bid. Any Bid not received by the deadline shall be returned unopened. The Owner reserves the right to accept the best qualified bid, to reject any and all bids, and to waive any formalities.
