Pulaski County Public Library, established under KRS 173.720, provides library services to residents of Pulaski County, Kentucky. In accordance with Chapter 424 of the Kentucky Revised Statutes, the adopted budget for the period of July 1, 2017, through June 30, 2018, financial statements and most recent audit may be viewed at the Pulaski County Public Library, 304 South Main St., Somerset, Ky. , Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. until 4 p.m.

The Pulaski County Public Library Board of Trustees’ meetings are held on the second Monday of each month at 9 a.m. at the Public County Public Library, 304 South Main St., Somerset, Ky.
