(First Published August 19, 2018) NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING There will be a second Public Hearing for the purpose to receive comments on the City of Joplin's Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnership Program, Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the period covering July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018 on Thursday, August 30th at 4:00 P.M. in the 4th Floor Conference Room, Joplin City Hall located at 602 South Main Street, Joplin, Missouri.
