Sale will be made pursuant to Order of Sale issued upon Judgment entered in the District Court of Cleveland County, State of Oklahoma, in the above entitled cause, wherein Bank of America, N.A. was Plaintiff and James W Ryan; Penny Sue Ryan; and Unknown Occupant, if any, were Defendants, to satisfy the Judgment of the Plaintiff and the lien of the Defendants as follows: 1. To the payment of the costs of said sale in this action; 2. To the Plaintiff, the principal sum of $52,707.02 with 7.00000% interest per annum until paid, and late charges as provided in the note, any amount Plaintiff may be required to advance for payment of taxes, insurance or preservation of the subject property, together with costs of this action; and 3.
