Dwain Willis Ave, Vinita, Oklahoma, 74301 and will be opened at 2:00 pm CT, November 19, 2015, and then publicly opened and read aloud at a designated place. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and marked Sealed Bid 19444 Tank Repair Services. Bids received after this time or more than ninety-six (96) hours excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays before the time set for the opening of bids will not be accepted. Bids must be turned in at the above office during the time period set forth. All interested parties are invited to attend. The Grand River Dam Authority reserves the right waive any informalities or to reject any or all Bids.
