NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Town Board of The Town of Richfield will receive sealed bids for a 2016 or newer Pick Up Truck and Plow until July 20, 2015, 1:00 PM. Bids will be opened at the regular meeting of the Town Board to be held on Monday, July 20, 2015, at 6:00 PM. At which time they will be opened and read aloud. Specifications may be obtained at the office of the Town Clerk, 18 E. James Street, Richfield Springs, between the hours of 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM, Monday- Thursday. 315-858-8809. If mailed, bids must be received at the office of the clerk on or before July 20, 2015. Mailed bids should be made to Town of Fichfield, PO Box 786, 18 E. James Street, Richfield, New York 13439. Hand delivered bids must be received by 1:00 PM, July 20, 2015. All bids submitted must be in a sealed envelope labeled "Pick Up Truck/Plow Bid" with the name and address of the bidder on the outside. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
