INVITATION FOR PROPOSAL Re-Roof and RTU Replacement for Gainesville ISD Thomas Edison Elementary Gainesville, Texas Gainesville ISD invites Sealed Bids on a Contract for the Re-Roof and RTU Replacement for Gainesville ISD Thomas Edison Elementary Gainesville, Texas. The Work, in general, consists of the demolition and replacement of the existing roof and the replacement of all roof top units as shown on the drawings. GISD Thomas Edison Elementary is located at No. 1 Edison Drive in Gainesville, Texas 76240. Sealed proposals addressed to the Gainesville Independent School District with the bid proposal name marked on the outside of the envelope will be received at the offices of EIKON Consultant Group LLC. 1405 W. Chapman Drive, Sanger, Texas, 76266 until: Thursday, November 12th, at 2:00 p.m. Bids will be publicly opened at that time and that place. Bids received after that time will not be accepted. Bidders are invited to attend the sealed bid opening. Bidders may gain access to the existing site to review the scope of work by contacting Nathan McQuillan at the offices of EIKON Consultant Group LLC.
