PUGH, deceased, that on the 22 day of October, 2015, ALTA ANN CARROLL produced in the District Court of Cleveland County, Oklahoma, an instrument in writing purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of ETHEL M. PUGH, deceased, and also filed in said Court her Petition, together with said Will praying that the Will be admitted to probate and praying that the Letters Testamentary issue to ALTA ANN CARROLL as Personal Representative and for a judicial determination of the heirs, legatees and devisees of said decedent.
