(Published in The Norman Transcript October 27, November 3, 2015, 2t) NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given that Architectural Design Group, as Program Manager, will receive and open sealed bids for furnishing all labor and materials for the complete construction of an Independent School District No. 29 of Cleveland County, Oklahoma (Norman Public Schools) Bond Project: 2014 Bond Issue Project Madison Elementary School Lighting Upgrade in the office of the Norman Public Schools, 131 S. Flood Avenue, Norman, Oklahoma 73069 until 2:00 p.m. on the 18th day of November, 2015. Bids shall be opened and read aloud at the above stated time or as soon thereafter as practicable. Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, before the time set for opening bids, as well as bids received after the time set for opening bids, will not be considered and will be returned unopened. Bids shall be made in accordance with this Notice to Bidders and the bidding documents which are on file and available for examination at the office of the Norman Public Schools Director of Central Services, 425 12th Avenue NE, Norman, Oklahoma. Pre-Bid Conference: A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held Wednesday, November 4, 2015 at 10:00 am at Madison Elementary School, 500 James St., Norman, Oklahoma, and bidders will tour the facility with representatives of the Architect and the Program Manager.
