MYERS, a/k/a ALLAN PHILIP MYERS, deceased, are hereby required to present the same, with a description of all security interests and other collateral (if any) held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to NELDA A. The Decedent died intestate, and the Petitioner has diligently searched for and failed to find a will executed by the Decedent. 4. The Petitioner is the surviving spouse of the Decedent and, pursuant to her prior statutory right of appointment, has been appointed as Special Administrator of the estate of the Decedent. 5. The total value of the estate of the Decedent, as set forth in the petition on file herein, is approximately $50,000.00. 6. Brent Russell, Associate District Judge, on the 15th day of December, 2015, at 10:00 o'clock a.m., in the Courtroom of the Associate District Judge at the Stephens County Courthouse, Duncan, Oklahoma. 8. This Court has ordered the Petitioner to file her final account and petition for determination of heirship, distribution and discharge at least five (5) days prior to the hearing date set forth above, and interested parties may obtain a copy of the same by requesting same from the office of the Stephens County Court Clerk after the same is filed therein. 9. The persons receiving this notice who wish to file an objection to such petition must file such objection in the office of the Stephens County Court Clerk at any time prior to the hearing date set forth above and send a copy of such objection to the Special Administrator, in care of her attorney named below, or such persons will be deemed to have waived any objections to the petition. 10. If an objection is filed to the petition at any time prior to the hearing date, the Court will determine at the hearing whether summary proceedings are appropriate, and, if so, whether the estate will be distributed and to whom the estate will be distributed. 11.
