DESIGN-BUILD REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS Advertisement for Proposals The City of Cleburne, Johnson County, Texas is soliciting sealed proposals in the Office of the City Secretary, 10 N. Robinson, P. O. Box 677, Cleburne, Texas 76033 for the following item(s): Bid No. 15-10 Ballpark Design and Construction Bids must be received in the office of the City Secretary by 12:00 PM CST on November 19, 2015, at which time a public opening of bids will take place. All submittals must be in the possession of the City Secretary at or before the date and time specified. Submittals received by mail after that time, whether postmarked prior, will not be accepted. It is the submitter's responsibility to allow sufficient time for the delivery of the bid by whatever means selected by the submitter. Absolutely no emailed, telegraphic, telephone or fax bids will be accepted. Please note that the award of this project to a Design-Build firm is strictly contingent on the majority of registered voters casting an affirmative vote for Propositions 1, 2, and 3 in the election that will be held on November 3, 2015. If the registered voters do not approve all three propositions on the ballot, the City reserves the right to withdraw this solicitation in its entirety.
