WILLIAMS, Decedent, also known as Phil Williams and Philip Cecil Williams, that on the 22nd day of June, 2015, Ellen S. Williams produced in the District Court of Payne County, Oklahoma, a certified copy of an instrument purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Philip C. Williams, Decedent, and also filed in this Court her verified Petition, praying for the probate of the certified copy of the Will, for the issuance thereon of Letters Testamentary to Ellen S. Williams and for the Court's determination of the identity of the heirs, legatees and devisees of Decedent for notice, consent and waiver purposes. Pursuant to an Order of this Court made on the 22nd day of June, 2015, notice is hereby given that on the 14th day of July, 2015, at 9:00 o'clock a.m., the Petition will be heard at the Courtroom of Judge Katherine E.
