TOWN OF MILFORD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING/ TOWN BOARD MEETING The Town of Milford Town Board will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, November 18, 2015, at 6:30pm, at the Town Hall, ST 28, Portlandville, NY, for the purpose of considering the adoption of a local law to allow a Property Tax Cap override. The intent of this local law would allow the Town of Milford to adopt a budget for the fiscal year commencing January 1, 2016, that requires a real property tax levy in excess of the 'tax levy limit' as defined by General Municipal Law Section 3-c. The regular meeting of the Milford Town Board will immediately follow. The proposed local law is available at the Town Clerk's Office and will be posted on the Town's website. Kenneth C.
