A copy of the Administrative Plan is posted or available at the housing agency office. You can be a family of 1. Meet the HUD requirements on citizenship or immigration status. Have an annual income that is the within limits established by HUD. Income limits are posted at the PHA. Provide documentation of Social Security numbers for all family members. Sign authorization forms so that the PHA can verify the various eligibility requirements. Must provide VALID state issued photo ID for head of household with address matching application. Not owe ANY MONEY to the PHA or any other housing authority, or any other federally subsidized housing program. No member can be a currently registered sex offender or subject to lifetime sex offender registration requirements. Not have any household members who are currently engaged in any drug-related or violent criminal activity or have engaged in drug related or violent criminal activity within the past 5 years, Drug sales 10 years. Not have been terminated by DHA within the past 3 years. Not have any household member on probation or parole.
