(First Published November 8, 2015) ADVERTISEMENT FOR REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS RFQ-2015-05 Sealed REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) for Architectural/Engineering Services will be accepted by the Joplin Area Chamber of Commerce Foundation (JACCF), 320 E. 4th Street, Joplin, MO 64801, until 2:00 PM local time, on November 30th, 2015. This request is to provide design, engineering, and project management services needed for the renovation of an existing structure located at 420 South Grand Avenue, Joplin, Missouri which will be known as the Advanced Training and Technology Center (the "Center"). A mandatory site review meeting for interested licensed professional Architectural/Engineering firms will be held at the Joplin Chamber office, 320 E. 4th at 10:00 A.M. CST on November 13th, 2015. The JACCF, as a sub-recipient, through the City of Joplin, Missouri has received funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) through the Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery Program (CDBG-DR). Respondents are advised that a Prevailing Wage Determination prepared by the Missouri Division of Labor Standards is in effect on this project. Respondents are further advised to follow guidelines as set forth by Community Development Block Grants and/or HUD Grants (reference 24 CFR 570). Successful candidates must register and pass a federal disbarment check through SAM.Gov. The RFQ will be posted on the JACCF's website at http://www.joplincc.com/rfq/.
