PUBLIC NOTICE The City of Weatherford Public Works Department, in accordance with National Flood Insurance Program regulation 65.7(b)(1), hereby gives notice of the City of Weatherfords intent to revise the flood hazard information, generally located South of BB Fielder Drive and north of Vaughna Drive. Specifically, the flood hazard information shall be revised along an unnamed tributary to East Sanchez Creek from a point approximately 990 feet downstream of BB Fielder Drive to a point approximately 140 feet upstream of Vaughna Drive. As a result of the revision, the floodway shall widen, narrow, and be established, the 1% annual chance water-surface elevations shall increase, decrease, and be established, and the 1% annual chance floodplain shall widen, narrow, and be established within the area of revision. Maps and detailed analysis of the revision can be reviewed at the City of Weatherford Engineering Department at 917 Eureka Street.
