OLOUGHLIN, deceased, that on the 5th day of November 2015, MARY ANN O'LOUGHLIN produced and filed in the District Court of Stephens County, Oklahoma, an instrument, in writing, purporting to be the last will and testament of BERNARD T. O'LOUGHLIN, and also filed in said court a petition praying for the probate of said will and that letters testamentary issue thereon to MARY ANN O'LOUGHLIN as personal representative, without bond, and has requested this court to determine the identity of the heirs, devisees and legatees of the decedent. Pursuant to an order of said court made on the 5th day of November 2015, notice is hereby given that the 24th day of November 2015, at the hour of 10:00 o'clock a.m., of said day, has been appointed as the time for hearing said petition and proving said will at the district courtroom in the county courthouse in the City of Duncan in said County of Stephens, State of Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested may appear and contest the same.
