ADVERTISEMENT FOR PROPOSAL Millsap Independent School District is requesting competitive sealed proposals for its MONUMENT PROJECT. Proposals will be received in the Superintendents Office of the Millsap Independent School District, located at 201 E. Brazos Street, Millsap, Texas 76066, prior to 2:00 P.M. CST, Monday, December 7, 2015. Proposal will be publicly opened and read aloud upon submission for the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment, and performing all work required for the MONUMENT PROJECT and in compliance with drawings, specifications, and other contract documents as prepared by Stantec Consulting. The project manual and drawings may be examined without charge in the Superintendents office at 201 E. Brazos Street, Millsap, Texas 76066, telephone 940-682-3100, fax: 940.682.4476. Millsap Independent School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any formalities and irregularities in the bids received, and to accept the offer most advantageous to the District. PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING: A pre-proposal meeting will be held at 9:00 a.m. CST, Friday, November 20, 2015, at the School Administration Building, 201 E. Brazos Street, Millsap, Texas 76066.
