Jones, Room 200, in the City of Norman, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of Cleveland County will offer for sale and sell for cash, at public auction, to the highest and best bidder, all that certain real estate in Cleveland County, Oklahoma, to-wit: PART OF LOT EIGHTEEN (18), IN BLOCK EIGHT (8), OF EAGLE CLIFF ADDITION SECTION 3, TO NORMAN, CLEVELAND COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 18, IN BLOCK 8; THENCE NORTH 66 DEG. 27’01” EAST A DISTANCE OF 55.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 23 DEG, 27’01” WEST A DISTANCE OF 55.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 23 DEG. 32’59” WEST A DISTANCE OF 110.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING (commonly known as 620 Coopers Hawk Drive, Norman, OK 73072); subject to unpaid taxes, advancements by Plaintiff for taxes, insurance premiums, and expenses necessary for the preservation of the subject property, if any, and prior security interests in fixtures, if any, said property having been duly appraised at $125,000.
