NOTICE In accordance with Texas Local Government Code, Chapter 43, the City of Weatherford, Texas, proposes to institute voluntary annexation proceedings on approximately 69.20 acres out of the T. & P. RR. Co. Survey, Abstract No. 1447, Parker County, Texas and being those certain tracts conveyed to Lumar Development, Inc. by deeds recorded in Volume 1852, Page 356 and Volume 1852, Page 359 of the Real Records of Parker County, Texas to enlarge and extend the boundary limits of the city.
