ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS and Pre-Qualification to Bid Project WSCC Tennis Court Resurfacing Hanceville, AL OWNER Wallace State Community College Sealed Proposals for the renovation/resurfacing of the above referenced project will be received by Wallace State Community College, on Tuesday, December 15th at 2 p.m. local time in the Business Office located in the James C. Bailey Center (located on campus of Wallace State Community College), at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read. ONLY CONTRACTORS WHO HAVE BEEN PRE-QUALIFIED and have a representative present at a MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE scheduled for Tuesday, December 8th, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. CST at the Physical Plant Office will be eligible to bid. Only general contractors who have completed the pre-qualification process and are certified as qualified will be eligible to bid. Qualification and approval criteria may be obtained from the Business Office of Wallace State Community College. Completed applications for prequalification must be received by Tuesday, December 15th, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. CST. No further requests will be considered after this time and date. The Owner reserves the right to waive technical errors in pre-qualification applications or abandon the pre-qualification process in whole or in part, should the interests of the Owner appear to be promoted thereby. Project consists of providing all labor and materials for sealing, filling, re-surfacing and any related work for the six (6) existing Tennis Courts. Court nets and tie downs will require replacement by the contractor.
